Shipping Information
Calculation of the Delivery Date:
The delivery time as specified in the product description only applies to shipments within Germany. If pre-payment is selected the term of delivery begins with the date of the client’s payment order to his/her credit institution/bank. If PayPal or the payment on delivery option is selected the delivery term begins on the day following the contract effectiveness and ends with the last day of the delivery time indicated.
Should the last day of the above delivery term be a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday at the consignment’s destination the delivery term ends on the next workday. Should several items with different delivery times be subject to the same order, all items will be dispatched in one consignment. In this case the delivery time for the entire consignment equals that of the item with the longest delivery time indicated.
Shipping and Packaging Costs
The amount of shipping and packaging cost depends on the total value of your order. As a rule, we charge shipping and packaging costs as follows:
In Germany:
Total weight of the consignment ordered incl. packaging:
* 500 grams and lighter: €1.30
* 501 to 1000 grams: €2.25
* 1001 to 2000 grams: €4.50
* 2001 to 5000 grams: €7.49
Inside of the European Union:
Total weight of the consignment ordered incl. packaging:
* 500 grams and lighter: €3.70
* 501 to 1000 grams: €7.00
* 1001 to 2000 grams: €9.00
* 2001 to 5000 grams: €17.99
Outside of the European Union:
Total weight of the consignment ordered incl. packaging:
* 500 grams and lighter: €3.70
* 501 to 1000 grams: €7.00
* 1001 to 2000 grams: €17.00
* 2001 to 5000 grams: €40.00
